the customer wished to mark the price of watches on the display by laser. the cycle time for marking has to be quite brief (a few seconds per display).
advantages/ summary
the system is composed of an i103 l-g integrated in a rotary swing plate.
machine cycle: the "turnstile" is loaded by watch and rotates continuously in cycles at a frequency determined by the time of laser marking on the display. once marked, they are removed from the turnstile and so on. the cycle time is about 3s.
