the company wanted to mark two types of nameplate with the same laser station, per unit or small series.
the laser marking station is composed of an i103l-g laser, an automatic loader for the plates, two lanes with two feed trays containing 200 to 300 parts and a fume extractor.
machine cycle: the operator fills the stacker with blank plates. the plates are moved under the marking head, marked and then removed into a tray. the system is therefore independently marking plates until the loader is empty.
